Works good,also economical.

This is a package of Equate Options Pads for Bladder Protection. They contain Omni-Odor guard plus to prevent odors. They also contain a cotton enhanced 'Dri-fit' system that wicks away moisture to prevent skin irritation. These also have side shields for added protection. Dri-lock core quickly locks up moisture and odor. I want to test out these to see if they do what they claim. I laid one of these on a dry washcloth. I then added 1 tsp ammonia to one cup warm water. I slowly pored the one cup solution onto the pad. Then, I smelled of the pad to check for any smell of ammonia. There was no odor at all. They also are unscented. The pad also completely absorbed the water with no leakage at all. Then I felt the pad for surface moisture. There was a slight bit of dampness. Five minutes later I go back and check the surface of the pad again. It actually seemed dryer than the first check. These pads do what they claim to do and at a good price. I would recommend these to any one with a bladder leakage problem.

Best of the best

Options is a very good name for this product as it is the best option I have found. On the package, it says “compare with Poise Pads”. No comparison, these are better. For a moderate protection pad, these are thin enough to be comfortable and absorbent enough to offer excellent protection. They are non-irritating, just as advertised. Moisture is absorbed and the top layer feels dry and whatever they use to insure odor protection works. The sides are slightly elasticized for a good fit. The individually wrapped pads are discrete and can be carried confidently in a purse. The regular length is 9” and that seems to be quite sufficient. I have found that the adhesive strip to hold the pad in place is better than any other pad I have tried. Others don't hold well or they hold too well, leaving sticky residue on underwear. This is an excellent product.

I is a fair review and one that would promote them

If you purchase the number adequate for your need, they are fine. They are thin enough so do not show or feel uncomfortable but I wish that they would be wider at the front as the Poise are. Even though, they are fine for my use......I was able to have them shipped and did not have to carry them back from the store. Good deal......

Equate pads

I received these pads thru the Walmart Spark review they came 20 pads in the package each individually wrapped for convenience. They have a cotton enhanced dri fit system that protects sensitive skin from irritation and premium odor protection. They are regular length with moderate absorbency and your satisfaction is guarnteed. Soft side shields have been added for extra protection which quickly locks up moisture and odor. They worked quite well for me and seemed to to be similar to Poise pads . I would reccomend to any one with a light to moderate leakage problem. They work just as well as more expensive pads.

Great for those with bladder issues.

They are a bit bulky, but much better than a pantyliner. My mother really likes them. She takes water pills and hated to have to go anywhere after taking them as she had no bladder control at all. I gave her a package of these and she can go and do her errands with confidence that she and her clothes will stay dry. No more embarrassing "accidents". Even though, as I first stated, they are a bit bulky, she said they don't chafe her skin like some of the other pads on the market. So if she says they are great...I'm taking her word for it!

good protection

These pads provided good protection from minor bladder leakages. They were easy to open and application to the undergarment was also easy. They remained in place after placed in undergarment and did not move around or come loose. And they did not cause any skin discomfort or irritation while being worn, like I have experienced with other products. The only draw back that I could find, was that they are a little bulky in the center area, where it is the narrowest, between your legs. It really didn't cause any problems other than it caused the pad to clump up a little in that area. But they still seemed to work properly and where comfortable to wear and even with a little clumping in that area, they didn't cause any discomfort or irritation.

good product at a good value

Equate Options incontinence pads - Moderate - these are very good quality and good protection. they don't leak and they absorbed odor well. they will move and bunch some so making sure they are in the right position is a MUST!! This is a good protection for day time use for me. these are just as good a the Pose brand and I would continue to buy them. I use pads everyday so the value is great!!!!

Nice but the curve moderate is better

I ordered two different types of these, this one being the cheapest. The others are the curve type but also say moderate so I don't understand why the curve type is so much thicker and the better pad. These are nice and will probably do well during the day but I will not buy this one again though I will certainly buy the curve type again.

I wish I had lots of money

The only problem is I ordered 72 pads for $9.42 and it was substituted with 66 pads for $9.42. I know it's only 6 pads but all this female hygiene stuff is truly expensive, women have to buy these no matter what, so it's nice when we can get the best deal we can find. I do like the Equate brand because it's gentler on the skin. I hope the material used never changes.

too big

These Equate Options Pads have the blue absorbent area in the middle of the pad, which reminds me of a childs diaper. Unfortunately, the pad is so wide, that it bunched up and bent and curled over itself, so that the absorbent area was covered by this bulky mass of the pad. I don't know if this Equate Options Pad actually absorbs, because of the folding over of the sides of the pad on to itself. I only tried this pad once at home ... I would not wear anything tis bulky in public. I understand making the pad wide enough to catch all of the leaks, but not so wide that the pad becomes a wad of materials that I can feel in my underpants and am very aware of.
