My girls love cooking things for mommy and daddy on the plates that come with it. They love cooking on the skewer with the light up grill and the guy says fun phrases about grilling and it makes grilling noises. It has some really cool and fun features, sound effects, etc. Seems appropriately aged and is fun for any gender, your kids can enjoy grilling alongside you!
