The sound is good, the picture is good and the directions were easy to understand. it was light enough for my husband to lift to the top of my chest so i can see it from my bed. i hope to have many years of enjoyment with this tv.

Ashley 5/15/2023 5:00:00 PM - So i got this tv on sale, and let me tell you, it's definitely worth every penny! the picture quality is amazing, and it even came with a little simple remote. You know how on some tvs when you look at it from the side, you can't see the picture anymore? well, not with this one! I'm absolutely loving the roku! I have all my streaming services in one place now! i can simply search for a tv show or movie, and it will bring it up for me! It was super simple and easy to set all up! if you're looking for an amazing, simple, nice quality tv that's not going to break the bank, then look no further, this is the tv for you!

An 7/27/2023 5:00:00 PM Skip this one.. I purchased this t.v as a spare. It arrived and I left The country for vacation. A few days ago I opened it and set it up. Immediately realized that the sound was muffled. You have to crank it up to like 20 just for normal quality sound to hear the audio. Also the picture quality isn't great, not sharp at all. All this from ONE use. I expect it will decline very quickly.

Debbie 4/4/2023 5:00:00 PM My Tv It already no picture hear sound after replacing batteries in remote control. Then turn it off then back on nothing I got it for Christmas present for myself. Cant return it to store didnt buy the warranty . So wait til I have extra money for new one

Dean 8/29/2022 5:00:00 PM Wont turn on ! I have SEVERAL TCL and HiSense TVs. Never had a problem....10 to be exact. In my pic you can see we have a TCL in our guest room. i bought this one a few months back when it was on sale for $74.99. I got it for the hottub we had orderd as an outdoor TV. Well the tub is finally installed and feeling nice. just pulled out this TV to do some summer hottub Netflixing and what do you know it wont turn on. have followed all trouble shooting steps and nothing helped

Ronda 11/10/2022 4:00:00 PM good tv, bad customer service.. tv came to me broken. half the screen is shaded out and strange rings go all the way across the center length wise.. also paid for the 3 year warrenty. was told since i bought it online, i cannot return it for a refund or exchange it for another. waste of money. dont buy it unless you see it first. and apparently the warrenty means nothing to them so dont waste your money on it. upper half of screen pic doesnt really give it justice.

brandy 11/28/2022 4:00:00 PM 32 tcl is no good Let me say it was a pretty crappy showing tv . The pixels was aweful the and the sound was low .i was highly disappointed in the deal,so i came to walmart for a return as to when i spotted the 50 in thinking the last tv was horrible just maybe so we ordered the tcl 50 in tcl and its awesome great sound great, picture easy to set up, and navigate. We havent had one issue except in commercials they tend to be really loud. The 50 inch was a better quality tv.

DONNA 10/3/2022 5:00:00 PM Dissatisfied I am on disability, therefore a very fixed income. I purchased two of these televisions approximately 4 months ago. I have one in a spare bedroom that has not been watched yet. the other one I watch almost every day and I am very unhappy with the quality. the color has a fuzzy blurred shadow effect.
