Dog 6/27/2022 5:00:00 PM almost disappointed. ok, at first it was super glitchy to the point it was almost unbearable to use with without getting frustrated, but then, an update became available after a week, like magic it works perfect and has great memory and battery life! it's only getting 4 stars because of the glitchy start. THIS IS A GREAT PHONE! GOOD PRICE!! AND NICE SIZE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AFTER UPDATE.

Dawn 5/20/2022 5:00:00 PM Not happy More toward the seller than the phone. The phone has a lock screen requiring a pin number. I obviously don't have the pin number as I just bought it. Grrr

msjudith41 2/16/2022 4:00:00 PM Will not work Cannot get it to work. I am a plus member and they will not print a return label to return it. Picture of what I get when I try to set it up. I will be canceling my membership. Service is terrible!!

djcm 10/13/2022 5:00:00 PM BAD SELLER - VIP OUTLET phone itself is great! Buyer beware of seller - VIP Outlet. Did not scan product properly and now carrier is basically stating the phone is unusable and stolen. When contacted them to remedy their mistake, was told, basically tough, but thanks for being a customer.
