We are very happy with this phone!!!

I purchased this phone for my elderly mother, we have had it a week now. We love that it has a very loud ringer and she can hear clearly when talking on it, as she is very hard of hearing. She is easily learning to navigate and operate it, much better than phones she has had in the past.

Affordable and Reliable

This is a good basic phone. No bells and whistles but reliable as a phone. I especially like that it has good battery life I like the size not too big or small it fits in my hand without feeling awkward. If you need an affordable reliable phone or a second emergency phone this may be the answer.

Good phone, a little slow upon unlocking

It's a great phone: slick and functional with great camera and flashlight features. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes a couple of painful seconds to become responsive after unlocking the screen.

If you need a Family Mobile, only buy a Family Mobile. The Straight Talk phones are not compatible. It doesn't matter what Straight Talk tells you. You will not be happy if you listen to them and buy a Straight Talk because that's all thats available. I love my Family Mobile.

Screen is no good!

The first day I had this phone, was seeing it up and it slipped off the couch and the screen shattered. Not sure if it was a fluke in screen but couldn't get it replaced. Im surprised it even still worked!

DO NOT BUY!!!

Can't use mobile data and CS reps unable to help. I got this phone 4 months ago and in that time I have been unable to use my phone when away from wifi. I have ample mobile data, After being a Tracfone customer for over 10 years and now my children are as well, I will NOT be purchasing another Tracfone again

Not worth the money. Didn't last

Started having trouble with the power button being unresponsive within 6 months. My daughter was still able to use the phone by plugging it in to wake it. She accidentally let it die, so it turned off. Now, even though she has charged it, there's no way to turn it on. Found dozens of people online with the same problem. There is nothing visibly wrong with the button. It just doesn't work.

Hot Garbage

Phone was not compatible with the Dasher app. Employees had an attitude as well. Returned phone. It was overly complicated and possibly jailbroke or rooted. Several day wait for refund. Which means several days before I can get another phone, possibly. No phone? No work. No work? No money. No money? No eat. Thanks for that. Super appreciate it. Disappointed in myself for giving my business to this company in the 1st place. This is no longer Sam's Walmart. Would NOT recommend this phone. OR this company in general. Make your own decision though.

Second phone ordered from wal marts.. item apparently not in new condition..pig did not include sim card or charger !! Phone still in box unable to use..very disappointing.......
